Kaushika Madhavan is a partner with Kearney. Based in Mumbai, he has more than 18 years of consulting and industry experience. He has worked with leading Indian and Global clients across industries with a focus on consumer products, retail, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Kaushika has helped his clients achieve breakthrough transformation resulting in substantial tangible value through profitability improvement, cost reduction, and service-level enhancement. He has assisted organizations envision and implement processes, organization, and capability augmentation for rapid scale-up.

Kaushika has authored multiple articles on supply chain management, sales distribution, and manufacturing and is a regular speaker in industry fora.

Kaushika is a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering degree from Annamalai University. He worked at Larsen & Toubro prior to his PGDM

Raghuram has a rich experience of 8+ years in leading the supply chain strategies of some prestigious brands. He’s known for strategizing and demonstrating exceptional skills in the Plan, Make and Deliver verticals of the supply chain. He has spearheaded large operations and transformations in all three verticals including greenfield factory and distribution center start-ups, sales and operations planning, supply chain design, and Digitisation.

An inspiring visionary and the intellect behind building and leading large teams, he’s been fostering the drive and energy in his team that not only instigates interest to solve challenges but also create lasting business value.
