Charles Brewer

Chief Operating Officer, Canada Post

Charles is a global logistics executive with more than 35 years of experience in the areas of post, parcel, international shipping, and e-commerce, primarily with DHL. He has held senior leadership roles in Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States with a deep passion for logistics and e-Commerce. Charles currently leads all operational aspects of Canada Post’s business, including plants, delivery, engineering, network, and real estate in his role as the Chief Operating Officer. He holds an Advanced Logistics diploma from Cranfield University School of Management and completed the Advanced Senior Executive Management Program at Henley Business School, both in the United Kingdom.

Brett Marshall

Corporate Head of Quality Assurance, Zuellig Pharma

Originally from Melbourne, Brett has close to 30 years of experience spanning across executive management, logistics and supply chain, business process transformation, and quality assurance and more than 15 years in the Pharma industry. He is now the corporate head of quality assurance at Singapore-based Zuellig Pharma which is one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia. Brett has reporting lines from quality assurance heads in 13 countries and oversight of clinical reach operations in four countries.
